At Torrenueva, this allowed us to precisely coordinate the technical infrastructure of the exteriors, integrating a 9x4 metre saltwater swimming pool and a jacuzzi, both fully heated. By controlling the entire process, we ensured that the architectural vision remained intact, achieving a seamless transition between the home and the new leisure areas with no surprises in the execution.
The villa now flows naturally. The exterior has become the true heart of the property: a space that combines a designer swimming pool with spacious relaxation areas and a summer kitchen with barbecue, fully equipped for socialising.
